Majid, a kitesurfer in Tarifa, struggles with visa issues to reunite with his family from Morocco. In Biarritz, Margaux organises Europe's first LGBTQ-friendly surf festival to challenge gender norms. Rosy, a surfboard shaper in Northern Ireland, navigates through the turbulence of the Brexit. The film explores the promise of freedom in Europe and the ongoing challenges that threaten it.
