On Sunday 23 June, all ladies can once again give their best at the 21st edition of our Ladies Day. A free sports & pampering day for ladies!

Programme:
10:00 - 10:45: Rise & Shine beach yoga

11:00 - 11:45: Beach Bootcamp

12:00 - 13:30: Afternoon Break

Efoil sessions 30 min from 1pm (payment €20 pp)

13:30 - 14:30: NM session 1

14:30 - 15:00: Break

15:00 - 16:00: NM session 2

16:30: Cocktail or Mocktail of your choice and goodie bag

Participation with show up fee €5 redeemable for a cocktail (Pole dance & Efoil extra fee). Free lunch is €25 on registration.
