At Surfers Paradise from now on, you can visit the ultimate foiling experience: Wingfishing is "IN" but anyone who wants to learn it has to go through the learning process, which is one of trial and error, as with any board sport on the water.
To facilitate this, Surfers Paradise offers the total package that will not only introduce you to all the foiling facets, but will also speed up the learning process considerably.
The package consists of treatment of the wing, first on the beach standing on a Speedsail (large type of skateboard that allows you to ride on the hard sand), and treatment of the wing on the water standing on a voluminous board. In combination, you'll get a session of Foiling on the 2.0 beginner track at Lakeside Paradise, and get a lesson on the e-foil through the Surfers Paradise Flash School. All unique adventures in themselves so you will separately master waving and foiling, before eventually tackling wingfoiling on a real foil board.
Another advantage is that each session can be organised as you see fit, taking into account your own schedule, weather and wind, as well as the tides. That way, you can start in the most favourable conditions each time.
An overview:
- 1 hour introductory lesson Wing + speedsail on the beach
- 1 hour of free practice wing + speedsail on the beach
- 1 hour initiation lesson in wingfoiling on the water
- 1 hour of free practice wingfoiling on the water
- 1 hour introductory lesson in E-foiling at the Flash School
- 1h Foil instruction on Lakeside Paradise on the 2.0 or foiling at sea with Jetscooter.
In total, you will spend 6 hours getting to know the Wing and learning to Foil. All that remains is to combine the two and you are Wingfishing.
For a whopping €490 instead of €560, for our ledand it comes to €470.
